Windows startup error + blue screen?

I restarted my laptop a few days ago because something was wrong with my internet while I was playing Minecraft, but then he did not "turn on", or I always land whenever I want to turn it back on with an error message saying that PC has been started incorrectly, in the picture below you can see the choices I have to repair the laptop again, but nothing works.
