The internet connection to the Sky-Q receiver is interrupted regularly. Very rare faults on the laptop. The connection from the tablet to the apps "Scrabble" and "Skat-Palast" is interrupted frequently.

If only 16mbit are physically possible then a 500mbit contract does not bring you anything as it no longer goes through the existing line.

The problem seems solved. I have both DSL 16000 and cable internet available. For 7 euro more, I get up to 100 Mbit / s.
