Return notebook-enabled notebook?

On 23.8 my ordered notebook arrived without operating system. Do not know me with operating systems made by a friend. I then downloaded Linux and can't handle the operating system so I have not found any drivers and my friend either. Would you like to return now how do I do that now? Have an operating system on it now, how do I delete it? How long do I have time? How can I return the guest as a guest (so I ordered it as a guest at notebooksbilliger)? Links etc would help me thank you Schonmal

Really? Where can I get that?

tr

Here, for example: https://www.mmoga.de/Software/Windows/Windows-10-Home-OEM.html

As already mentioned, this is an OEM license. As a rule, a distinction is made between retail licenses and OEM licenses.

The first difference is the price. Much more than an OEM license pays for a retail license. The retail license includes packaging, a Windows DVD and Microsoft support. The OEM license (formerly Systembuilder license) usually only has one product key.

However, the missing installation media is not a problem at all, because you can create this yourself (DVD or USB stick) via the MediaCreationTool for free: https://www.microsoft.com/.../windows10

So I should install something like this instead of sending it back.

Do I have a driver or do I have to install it?

ch

If you do not want to deal with Linux, buy a Windows license for 5 euro and install it.

il

Do I still need a driver or how does it work?

tr

Some drivers are already preinstalled by Windows. Otherwise you will find all the drivers on the website of the notebook manufacturer. And yes, install Windows instead of sending it back directly.

The i.d.R. On the manufacturer side

Ever heard of Google? Or eBay? Classifieds?

Lu

It may be that the supplied standard drivers fit, if not, you need to download and install them for your hardware.

Okii thanks

Why do you order it without it and not with a pre-installed one?!

I did not find drivers and my friend did not.

The drivers, called Linux modules¹, are already in the kernel and do not need to be found / found.

I then downloaded Linux and can't handle the operating system

Sure, if you do not want to learn anything that will never work. You certainly did not use Windows with your breast milk, but you also learned it at some point.

Would you like to return now how do I do that now?

Basically, Germany has a 14-day return policy.
But I do not understand why you want to send back the device, which probably has no defect, instead of installing an operating system (with which you know yourself)

Have an operating system on it now, how do I delete it?

If you send it back anyway, then let it go, their service will take care of that, they can do that faster than it takes you to explain the process.

¹ because they can be charged and discharged as needed without having to reboot the entire system.

In my answers and comments, I wrote him several times.

Obviously he does not want to understand that. Pity about the time we spent here for advice. For some, everything is free.

mo

Everything meaningless you write that never understands. Once he wanted to know how to insert Windows driver into a Windows ISO with Ubuntu.
It's not like laughing.
Slowly I have the suspicion, @ Machöod729 is education-resistant or he just wants to fool us here.
