I have an Intel Core i7-10510U as a processor and a NVIDIA GeForce MX250 with approx. 8GB graphics memory as a graphics card. In addition, the notebook has 16GB RAM.
Would it be possible to play Civilization 6 on it? Otherwise, play it on my PC, but it has built much stronger components. It does not have to run on the notebook with the top graphics settings if it only wanted to play here in between.
It should actually work.
I7 10gen is already strong.
I don't gamble civilization but it can't be too expensive.
Just have a look at steam and test it
Moin Merkado,
I think it's going to work, the question is always how good.
In my experience, all these real-time tactical games suck massive CPU performance and especially for notebooks that mostly use U-CPUs (energy-optimized), this is never the best option. I also think nothing of these MX graphics "cards", usually a GTX 1050 Mobile is the better alternative.
I always advise you to use a stand computer for gaming if you are not absolutely dependent on mobility.
I mean the money you now spend on a laptop you can also spend on new PC parts.
