Files can't be opened (access denied)?

I connected a hard drive from another PC to my laptop with a cable to transfer the files from there. Now I can't open the files in the folder of the user (that of the user of the other PC's): "Access denied".

Does anyone know how to open the files?

Ex

Log in with a user who has administrator rights.

Then you have to register as the owner of this folder.

The user account of the accessing PC and its password must be present on the remote PC.

Say: you have to create a user with the same name and password on the old PC as he exists on the new PC. To do this, the user must obtain NTFS access rights to the foreign home folder.

I can't access the old PC anymore
