Hp pavilion always turns off because of overheating?

I downloaded a program for fan control on my laptop (hp pavilion power 15 cb0xx) (notebook fan speed or something…)

I looked at a tutorial and did the same and suddenly my fans went up to the maximum speed and then it turned off. I can start it but at the latest until I have to enter my password jump the fans back to maximum speed and turns off again

Only one thing helps: Reinstall Windows. Start the PC in Safe Mode and then check the system recovery options.
