Why is my laptop overheating defies reset?

So it started 2 days ago… There my laptop suddenly started to get louder and hotter until it switched itself off due to overheating. From this day my battery was broken (laptop does not turn on without power supply and also turns off when the power supply is solved), maybe it has something to do with it? I really have no idea. Well, I also cleaned the laptop. Inside and outside. Laptop is therefore dust-free, but still overheats.

In the Task Manager, I also looked. Apps consume much more CPU and memory than they should. Eg Chrome around the 40 CPU and 600mb of RAM. And when I start a game it's also very high (even Minecraft) … With memory is always 100% utilization. I have already reset my laptop and still have the same problem. Is not a virus or something. And if I let nothing on the laptop, it is still loud and hot. What can the problem be? Is he in the bin? I have had a laptop for 4 years.

Pay attention to visited pages - they sometimes perform elaborate calculations in the background (including cryptocurrency mining, for example). Use the CPU for your own purposes. Some sites also openly state this as a source of revenue, as a substitute for advertising revenue.

Are the airways really dust-free? Sometimes blowing through is not enough if the dust is sticky.

Chrome is considered memory-hungry. I have a DIY laptop from 2011: a Fujitsu Lifebook. When I have the processor changed times… Then the part has swallowed air without end and was in operation up to 95 degrees warm. In fact, nothing ever happened (maybe I was just lucky), but the i7-2960XM has worked for 4 years.
