Laptop camera just turns off?

I have a small problem. I've had a new laptop for a week (the old one was broken). I'm a student and thanks to Corona everything is online right now. With us it works with zoom. It all worked great on my old laptop (until it broke). With this new one, I now have the problem that the camera turns off after a while in the zoom session. Only then does the message "Camera off" appear in the top left of the screen (although I haven't switched it off!), Then my image no longer moves when zooming (so to speak, a still image). If I then go to the command "Switch on video" while zooming, I always get the message that switching on is not possible. I always have to get out of the meeting and then back in again, only then can I turn the camera on again. But anyone who knows Zoom knows that it is pretty stupid to go out of the meeting in between, because you are not necessarily let in again immediately. When I open the camera app on the laptop, there's also a message that the camera can't be opened.

I don't know exactly what the problem is… The laptop is only a week old, I hope not that's why. Maybe someone of you can help me and give me a tip as to why it could be and how I could fix the problem?

Possibly. Take a look in the energy saving settings to see if the camera should be deactivated after a certain period of time.
