I got a laptop to play GTA, but I didn't want to pay too much and I also took care of my appearance so that it can be used well for school. It's an HP Pavilion, intel i5, Intel Iris xe 7, 8GB RAM. Gta goes very smoothly on medium settings, Pubg on everything very low with only 15fps. Now we're amazed in our circle of friends that everyone thinks it should work if GTA works. The priority in the task manager is high. Power saving mode is off. Does anyone know what could be the cause? Is the laptop really too bad?

Pubg needs a lot more power, even on low settings…
GTAV is a completely different game, and it's very old… Even if it still looks pretty nifty.
Pubg has completely different requirements than GTAV…
Your processor is way too weak for Pubg and 8GB Ram is not enough for a constant 60FPS,
Your graphics card and its graphics memory also play a role… It also seems to be too weak…
You can't compare apples to oranges…
