I bought a gaming laptop recently (October). Here are the components:
Intel® Core ™ i5-8250U quad-core 1.60GHz processor
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 with 4 GB dedicated memory
8 GB, DDR4 SDRAM
(they are absolutely okay for me, do not want to play everything in Full HD)
Now I have the game Apex and Gta V (although I put everything down in the settings!). Is it because of my Wi-Fi or the components? (Speed test on the picture) Thanks in advance.
Tip for the future: For 500 euro, you get strong performance today when it comes to gaming, but only if you buy a desktop, a PC. Laptops are really not good for.
You can see the ping and the FPS in many games. From the values you can see what the problem is. Once the values please call.
Try it in the single player, if it still lags, it's up to the hardware. A tip: Install MSI Afterburner, with the program you can see what hardware it is, or if it is not a software / driver problem, if your hardware is not fully utilized.
You have a U-Cpu. Extremely low clocked and for applications that rely on CPU clock - just like games - quite unsuitable.
It's more of the hardware
I already have around 30 FPS in the lobby, in singleplayer mode as well. The online match is not all the time, just when I sprint, the mouse jerks or jumps.
