After the update, the printer only prints in landscape format?

Hi, I updated my HP laptop last night. Since this update, it only prints PDF files in landscape format (this was not the case before the update).

I have already specified ' portrait '' in the print preview, but that didn't work.

Does anyone of you have an idea how I can solve the problem?

Have a look on the Internet at your printer manufacturer to see if they may have provided an update for your problem.

Maybe a year ago Brother printers stopped working after Windows Update. Brother then provided a repair update and everything was fine again.

Maybe you have to be patient and HP will fix the problem automatically.
