I have a notebook from HP in this notebook, the screen is black and starts to flicker (see video). The flickering was at first only rarely there, as was pre-installed on the notebook windows 8, I decided to install Windows 10 times in the hope that it solves the problem. Unfortunately, that did not help, so it is clear to me that it is a hardware problem / defect. The flicker comes mostly when I move the screen or I flip the notebook and then open again, but sometimes it just happens. Maybe someone can tell me what that could be for a defect or damage.

Teschnese specifications:

Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Processor AMD A4-5000 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.50 GHZ

Installed RAM 4.00 GB (of which 3.46 GB usable)

Notebook Name HP Pavilion 17-e026sg

This looks like a defect of the graphics chip.

At best, after a broken inverter.

But can also be the monitor cable or plug.

Have you ever connected an external monitor or TV?

Mi

This sounds very much like the cable between motherboard and monitor, it can happen that the plugs come loose. For most laptops, however, you can get very close to the connectors, which are usually near the hinges.

Si

No, I could try that, because if it is the graphics chip, it should then synonymous flicker on the external monitor.

br

Yeah, you're right.

Si

Thanks, I think so too, because when I move the screen happens that I have just tested again
