I have had the HP Deskjet 3050 J610 series printer for several years. I use it for printing and scanning. It is connected to my PC via USB cable and also to my smartphone and notebook via WLAN. A month ago I scanned photos with my smartphone without any problems. Yesterday I wanted to scan photos with my smartphone again, but that was no longer possible. When I open the HP Smart app, I see the printer, but somehow it doesn't connect. The WLAN connection is established, but the filling level of the cartridges can't be called up, only the waiting circle rotates. Printing and scanning do not work at all. I have no problems with the PC, which is connected to it via USB.

I've already deleted and reinstalled the app, but that doesn't help either. When I go to the settings on the PC, WLAN is active and ready.

Has anyone of you ever had the same problem and knows a solution to it? That would be really great if someone could help me.

Try to re-integrate the printer into the Wi-Fi. 😋🙈

Thanks for your reply, but I found out that the app has been updated and unfortunately it no longer supports my printer.
