I'm currently looking for a new laptop. I noticed a model from HP Omen, which is available with the AMD Ryzen 4800H or the Intel Core I7 10750H. Now I have the question which one should I take, because the Ryzen is much better in MultiCore, but the Intel is better in SingleCore (source: https://www.cpu-monkey.com/de/compare_cpu-intel_core_i7_10750h-1332-vs-amd_ryzen_7_4800h-1146)
I want to cut videos with my laptop and do 3D rendering with Blender. The links to the laptops are here:

(PS: I know that the displays are different but I don't really care)
In any case, the Ryzen, which is more efficient, has more cores, is faster in multicore applications (single core doesn't do much either), has faster RAM, has the better iGpu, etc.
And it is also significantly cheaper
I would also advise you to Ryzen. Video editing programs in particular can now utilize many cores well, which is a direct domain of Ryzen. My advice would be to swap the 2x8GB for 2x16, as far as I know DV editing is quite grateful for a lot of RAM.
