I'm looking for a laptop that:
price less than 500 euro (gladly well below)
minute Has 8GB RAM
"Solid" is, for me, that means no convertible, no touchscreen, the best thing to do is screw it on for cleaning and replace components yourself
minute 128GB SSD storage (preferably a little more) and no HDD storage
Has 15.6 inches or more
has a good keyboard
has a Full HD display with decent black levels
is not from HP
Windows 10 preinstalled
The rest is not of great importance, I don't know anything about processors either. It is only used for normal internet surfing, watching movies and organizing files, but should run without problems, even with 15 tabs.

Or do you prefer an AMD CPU? They have better graphics. So it's better to cut etc.

You also have to install an OS. But it's easy.
Take a look at the Lenovo Thinkpad devices.
The models from the T540 have a 4th generation Intel processor and thus a reduced power consumption and thus achieve a significantly better battery life, depending on the battery used (a built-in and an additional battery to change) the laptop can be used for about 10 hours.
The T5xx models are 15 "tall and can also be used with 8 or 16GB RAM, an SSD can also be retrofitted or installed directly at the seller.
If it should be something new, there are also the T550, T560, etc. Models.
Alternatively, just have a look at Aldi, there are always cheap notebooks with 15 "and larger.
You can't get a solid laptop for this price…
