I bought an HP Elitebook for 30 euro.
The HDD seems to have been torn out at the bottom.
Then I bent the pins apart, installed RAM and started with Ultimate Boot CD (USB).
Everything worked.
So I thought to myself I solder the hard drive to.
But that was too risky for me to cause any short circuits.
I just had the idea to swap a hard drive caddy with the CD drive.
Is the?
It looks like there's still a "Mini PCI-E" slot above the WLAN card. There are adapters or direct Mini PCI-E SSDs for this.
A hard drive caddy should also work
Okay supi. The thing has a really awesome trackpad.
