Folks, I have a notebook from Hp (Hp Pavilion 15) for some time now, I've got a dent in the keyboard from the H key and a row around it is easy to describe, weird. In any case, the keyboard descends there. Is that still a guarantee case?
Mfg your Alex 💪💪
Merry Christmas 🤙
If there's no third-party fault and the keyboard is no longer fully functional then yes, it only bothered you visually then this is not a guarantee.
Thank you, hm unfortunately this is only an optical problem,
Do you have any idea where I can fix this?
It will have sagged, the problem is you can't do anything yourself without losing the guarantee, but the keys still come up after typing? If you still have warranty on it then call HP support and inquire whether they will repair it under warranty

Well, everything works perfectly without any problems, which irritates you when you write. That's my problem.
And when you've discovered something, you always look automatically 🤷♂️😄 but thank you, I'll do that, happy holidays 🤙
Yes, I know, that sucks too, but something must have sagged or even broken under the keyboard, it shouldn't happen that way.
I really have no idea how that happened. But I don't dare to open the part myself and push it up a little ka what's there
Do not answer it yourself, you will lose the guarantee, contact HP support and describe the problem to them.
Yes, I'll do that, let's see what comes out of it
Yes, I would be happy to hear from you, greetings toie
I definitely do ✌️
Thanks for the star, greetings to you
