My laptop does not charge the battery.
Unfortunately, I can only remember poorly I think that I turned off in the settings then that the battery is fully charged and only on the power supply.
Can you somehow set it again that the battery is fully charged and I can just take it with me?
So earlier I could always do that

Depends on how old the HP is. Possibly. Is the battery defective? There are replacement batteries. There used to be memory effects.
