Help me with this problem with my laptop?

I have a laptop with the model: HP 15s-eq2237ng Notebook and recently I have been unable to write correctly on this laptop, the problem is that if I have to write a word, for example, and if it is capitalized, it is automatically written in lowercase, then there's nothing I can do except lower the word and go on, but it wasn't like that in the beginning.

I have had this laptop for almost three weeks and at the beginning everything went fine, I could write correctly, but now it doesn't work properly. Could something have happened to the settings? I ask for urgent help.

At what? Notepad, Office? Does it depend on an application or is it the case in general for your entire operating system?

go to OK, the computer will then restart
