X-Plane 11 bad frame rate?

In X-Plane 11, I only get 10-20 FPS. I do not know what else to do, I have the graphics settings already so far down (screenshot attached). My PC is not bad either. I'm using an HP Omen laptop with i7-7700HQ, 16GB Ram, Nvidia GTX 1050 TI 4GB. X-Plane 11 is installed on a HDD, but I will try to move it to the SSD. While I'm playing X-Plane, I only have the 50% CPU usage and 30-40% GPU utilization. Nevertheless, the frame rate is so bad although my PC is not fully utilized.

What can I do to get more FPS?

Have since the last update the same problem. Do not have the PC but before that we went always well with about 40-50 fps. Unfortunately not anymore, although the graphic settings are at the bottom

I do not have the problem. I would turn off the shadows and then turn down Visual Effects, which is also at the expense of the fps
