Color missing in print settings?

I have an HP Office Jet 4658 printer, if I want to print something on the laptop (e.g. In Word or as PDF) that contains color, it always prints black and white. For me, the "Color" selection is also missing in the printer settings. But when I print with my cell phone, it prints in color. So it can't print, so I don't know how to solve it.
