I now had to order a laptop on Amazon. A few hours later I received the email that my order can't be processed until I change my payment method to the credit card payment.
It seems to be a routine arrangement. It is very annoying but I can't change it now. However, I do not see it for me to apply for a credit card.
I was also given another opportunity to charge my account with gift certificates.
Now I have some questions:
Can I actually run to the nearest gas station and get so many gift cards so that I come to 700 euro and pay with it?
If this actually makes Amazon on my next order back to doubt my credit since I have not paid this time by credit card?
The whole thing is almost too stupid for me. If it does not work out as I imagine, can someone please recommend me another good and reputable site on which I can order a laptop?
On Amazon are not as good laptops as on other sites. Would you rather inform something and then maybe put together yourself.
Where do you put a laptop yourself?
Laptops and put together yourself is such a thing… Much more than a few choices such as RAM, memory space, if necessary, 2 processors and screen resolutions have virtually never there - or it is even more expensive
Then I would cancel the order and buy from another dealer, which in case of doubt also offers payment in advance. You'll probably find better notebooks for the money as well. Would just look in a price comparison.

Why not? Of course, only on the condition that at the tank enough cards are in stock and you want to sell the same.
It seems so ridiculous somehow. With so many gift vouchers to run through the area and then pay with it. As the question arises to me whether it is actually intended.
But if it works that way, it's good too.
That should work. 700 Euronen is probably much more than what you usually get with your purchases. And the rest is computerized risk management. Also Amazon must protect itself against payment default.
Simply googling we'll find several.
The preconfigured are usually better than Amazon. Since the sales have to pay some fees to Amazon. This in turn does not have a PC shop.
Find none, show an example.
Yeah, laptops that are cheaper elsewhere than Amazon are clear

On Amazon, I do not buy on principle. BECAUSE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS WORKING ON THE MUSCLES THROUGH CUSTOMERS AND ABOVE ALL SUPPLIERS
You are not a customer there, but a petitioner, if you read your post so.
At Dell, you can buy, for example
Amazon can't tell if you really have the money you need in your bank account. Therefore, they demand - for security - a payment method in which 100% is sure that they get their money.
At the high amount that is understandable, right?
Credit card would be the best way.
For coupons there's always the following risk: If you have redeemed the coupons in your Amazon account, but if the order still does not work because Amazon requires further security measures, then you can't order, but you will NOT get the balance out again the account!
That's exactly what I fear, that's also why I have doubts about making it this way.
He did not say "assemble" but "put together". So first choose a laptop with a good board, then configure it so that the processor, RAM, SSD meet the needs and fit into the budget, and this configuration (ie this version of the laptop) then a cheap provider (which is often not really Amazon is) order.
