With which external CD burner can I burn an Audio CD with 4x speed? And which blanks do I need?

I want to convert some of my audio CDs from 440 hertz to 432 hertz and burn them to a blank CD with 4x speed.

Unfortunately, my laptop does not have a CD reader or burner.

Therefore I need from you please product recommendations in terms of external CD burner and matching blanks. Important: 4x speed when burning.

Are there any burners that offer such a low burning speed?

Ca

440 hertz in 432 hertz

Do you mean the sample rate?

What exactly do you expect from the change?

The sample rate is nailed to 44100Hz on CD. Anything that does not fit must be resampled before burning. Due to this movement only the quality suffers unnecessarily.

Important: 4x speed when burning.

Why so lame?

Burners are built to burn at the highest possible speed.

An unnecessarily slow burned CD does not necessarily have to be error free.

Experience has shown that the second highest speed for me was usually the best result. At very slow speeds, the laser liked to "burn out" and then the CD's did not run in any CD player.

No, he / she means the pitch at 432 Hertz. This should have an energetic effect (who believes in ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯).

Huh?

If it worked, then:

440Hz = A

432Hz = slightly detuned A

A song does not consist of just one note oO.

That should have an energetic effect

Has it too.

I would be annoyed tuned tones totally.

It annoys me already, if on television the sound is altogether clearly higher than on the DVD. -.

Well, it's about the mood. So the song is only 432/440 = 54/55 up from the original pitch. And yes, that is indeed out of tune (but the German orchestral mood is indeed 443 and not 440 Hz).
