Hey guys have a very new laptop from 2019 and it runs on uefi mode and my ssd too but windows 7 doesn't load, not even in safe mode it always gets red or something

How can it run in UEFI mode if, as far as I know, this was not the case with the Windows version? Where did you get the laptop and the operating system from? I would recommend you to use Windows versions that are no longer that old anyway

In my experience, starting Windows on an external hard drive is only possible from Windows 10.
