Transfer sound while gambling on headphones?

Hi, I got an audio interface shortly ago. Add to that boxes on it and then connected to the laptop. Now I want to gamble, but I hear my teammates only on the speaker from the laptop. I then pulled out the USB cable from the interface again! Only now I still hear everything only through the speakers of the laptop. I've tried everything!

Without information about the used hardware you can hardly help it. Vlt. A look into the manual of the ominous "interface" would be helpful for you.
