Windows 10 startup error?

I had no problems with my Windows 10 laptop yesterday, but when I wanted to start up the laptop today, I only had a blue screen.

All I can do is shut down the PC and troubleshoot, or I can reset the PC and see advanced options.

What else can I do?

How should I check if I only have a blue screen where I can choose to shut down and troubleshoot

Shut down and start from an external medium that you can create with the Medium Creation Tool.

Troubleshooting was unsuccessful, right? If not, try it first. It should offer to uninstall updates.
