I can also recommend OpenShot https://www.openshot.org/de/. There you have an unlimited number of tracks, up to 4k resolution and an integrated YouTube upload function so that you can upload your finished project right away.
Available for Windows, Mac and Linux.
DaVinci Resolve is a bit more demanding than Movie Maker, but you also have a lot of options for a free program.
