For some time I have a problem with my laptop, mainly only in a game where I notice at least.
The problem is that my CPU and very rarely my GPU suddenly fails for a few seconds to 100%, otherwise it is always on 30 to 40 percent, which then also causes annoying laggs.

For example, not only are your games on the CPU insulted, there are other programs that access it, the same applies to the GPU.

Since the problem only occurs in a game there's the problem to look for. If there was a problem with the hardware or software, it would affect other games as well.
