Unfortunately, you can't change the Mac address of your PS4, because each device has its own unique Mac address. If it is now blocked by the router, you have no choice but to unlock it again or to get HotSpot from another Wi-Fi that does not come from your router.
You can change the IP address of the PS4, but unfortunately not the MAC address of the PS4.
You could try to get the password of the router to unlock your MAC in the settings or you can get another internet (possibly the Wi-Fi of the neighbors?).
