Sims 3 game crashes while loading?

I play the Sims 3 on the laptop. I have the extension "Simply Animal" and a few downloads. The game has always worked great (even with the downloads) until I downloaded 2 new items last night (I did not download them together, but ended the game for the second download and wanted to restart it). However, it had then to Hauptmeü where you can choose his household, etc. Loaded. Then I have my household as always clicked and it has biss half loaded and then crashed. Then I landed at Origin… But there was no Maldung or so displayed. I've tried very often to restart it and have also restarted the laptop 3 times but it did not work! Then I have the download, which I had downloaded as 2.ged (the one that had never worked) … It has not worked out again! Jatzt I deleted all two new downloads but it still does not work. What can I do?

Reinstall the whole game.
