When I installed Opera on my laptop for the first time, did I find the Chrome browser history on it? How does it work?
Every program gets your browser history if it wants, which is not encrypted or something.
Besides, Opera uses the same engine as Chrome, so maybe you can see the Opera history in Chrome.
Did you sign in to Opera on Google? Then this can easily have been imported, that, and many other settings, yes stored online (at least if you do not explicitly disabled).
From Chrome to Chrome, the imho is actually quite handy, because the browsers on different machines are always up to date (incl. Bookmarks, addons, history, etc), it's quite possible that this also goes from Chrome to Opera.
Either imported at installation or, if you're logged in through Google, through your account.
Please never write Brauser again. That's when I'm really cold on the back.
The word is 'browser', from 'to browse', which means something like 'looking' or 'browsing'. Brausen or Brauser, on the other hand, does not exist as a word, neither in English nor in German. Shower, that's it, but it's something completely different.
