Side Job Cutter?

I have recently seen an interesting 450 euro side job with a friend of a friend (work at home on the laptop). He has cut the videos for an online streaming site (Faith TV) / cut advertising etc.

Does anyone have experience with it and knows such offerers?

There's no real job market for something so special. Such jobs are probably only offered by chance.

The question would still be whether it would even be allowed to spread such a "processed" broadcast on.
