Laptop won't start when mouse and keyboard are plugged in?

When I start it, everything stays black. If I unplug the mouse and keyboard in front of it, everything works fine. Does anyone know how I can fix this or why?

Yes, then everything works normally. The screen only stays black if I use it before booting up

Does that also happen if you only plug in the mouse or only the keyboard?

What if you just plug in a USB stick?

So if I just plug the mouse in when booting up, it's the same. I think so with the keyboard
