My problem is that i'm currently trying to log into Origin. I already have an account there, but it's on a different device and unfortunately I no longer know my email address, which I used there. However, I know my ID and have already checked the e-mail address via the other device, via a redirect to an EA page, but it was not completely displayed there. It didn't give me any idea either, and I also sent myself an email to reset my password, but it didn't reach my known email addresses. I know I could create a new account, but the problem is that I have a lot of games on the previous account.
I have also heard that it is possible to log in to Origin with your ID, but you have to download something to do this, but I have a new laptop and am afraid that I will have a virus or something similar on my device afterwards.
So does anyone know if you can securely log into Origin using your ID? If yes how?
And if that is not possible: What other solutions are there to get the existing account back?

Go to the emails and look for the registration. Because when you register, you get a confirmation email.
Yes, but that's the problem, I don't know the email and the registration was 7 years ago. I just know that it starts with a j and none of my addresses do, so it has to be completely different.
