Looks like this is a company license, this is activated via the company server. You will need a new suitable license.

A serious license for https://www.microsoft.com/.../b/windows Pro costs around 260 euro, for Windows 10 Home around 145 euro. If you bought the laptop with a Windows 10 license, I would return it or ask for the 260 euro back.
If you buy a Windows 10 Home, you'll need to reinstall it.

Ne bought it from ebay, as I said, but it had a product key on the bottom that worked for windows 10 home…
