I have a TV with a broken HDMI connection.
I want to connect my laptop to the TV (use it as a monitor).
What else can I do?
Use something like this:
DisplayPort
VGA
DVI
SCART
VHS cassette
What your TV can do…
If your TV can do it
windows 10 screen mirroring
Depends on what other connections you have on the device.
if you have a component video input on the telly, then I would use something like this:

if you have a VGA connector on the screen (a blue socket that looks something like the old serial connector, you can also use a corresponding VGA cable. The prerequisite is of course that you have such a connector on your laptop.
I would refrain from using the old analog input (scart, for example). The resolution that comes around is just too low to use windows with it.
You can also use the full resolution if you use something like this:

so you transmit the HDMI signal over the antenna cable, but the device is so expensive that you can already think about replacing the whole TV.
