Good Video Editing Programs for Pc (Free and Easy)?

I'm looking for a good, free video editing program for Pc or I would do it on my rather poorly performing laptop (school laptop)

I need this for edits for e.g. My friends because the programs on my cell phone have too few functions. Since I don't have an iPhone, of course I can't use VideoStar and most programs for Android are bad and have few functions.

DaVinci Resolve

DaVinci Resolve is a very good free video editing program for PC.

I use Shotcut, the program is open source.
