Read out program errors?

Is there a program that I can use to load a program onto a USB stick, that if a notebook / PC has a black screen, I can put it in the notebook / PC and it then shows me the answers when I insert it Working notebook?

Unfortunately there's no such thing with PCs. But with cars.

But there's one thing. Some mainboards use a code via built-in speakers in the event of an error. Similar to Morse code, which tells you what is wrong. Otherwise there's only the information on a blue screen.
