So you can't have both, a cheap laptop AND on the aftereffects xD goes to the 1000 euro at least you can count on it. A stand PC would generally be better…
I'm studying media design and can generally advise you on the Acer brand if you want a laptop. From Mac, I would completely advise you because price / performance do not outweigh and you can't fix it but always need a new one
If you buy mac or build hackintosh there are good video programs but if you use others then you should rather use desktop pc
