Password only works on laptop not on cell phone?

I have a question about my password. I'm starting to study and have a password on the university portals to find out.

With the laptop it all works but somehow not at all with my mobile phone. It always says that the username does not match the password. But both are entered correctly…

I even changed the password again and still didn't work.

What could that be? Do I have to change the settings in my mobile phone to make it accepted?

The caches don't fit somewhere. There's something in the background.

Delete this on both devices and try again with the password.

It is technically impossible that it works with correct entry on the PC and not on the mobile phone.
