Laptop keyboard backlight not working?

I have a GIGABYTE AORUS 7-SA-7DE1130SD (Win 10) but the backlight doesn't work anymore… When I used it for the first time it was still working but after a few days it stopped working. Since I didn't have much on the laptop upstairs, I set it up from scratch. However, nothing helped and still does not work… Hope you can help me. Just ask for more information.

Also have an Aorus laptop. You need the Aorus Control Center to make changes to the keyboard lighting. You can download this from the manufacturer's product page.

When setting up the laptop, the keyboard light is on by default.
