November 2020 my cell phone and PC were confiscated with a search warrant. However, I'm a student and need the PC because I'm aiming for a high school diploma and currently only home schooling is possible. The problem that I have now is that I'm being accused of something from 2015 and I have had the PC since October 2020. It would not have been possible to just take my hard drives, since they left all other electronics like a laptop from my father here to have.
Now when would I get the pc back because there's 100% nothing on it what you are looking for?
Then when the investigations into the case are completed. I think you should get a replacement pc / laptop. Or ask how long it will take. Can take weeks, months, years.
1-2 years is probably realistic
I've been waiting for 2 months and I can't afford a replacement PC. Had everything in this PC. But I'll call you and hope for the best.
You mean 'only 2 months'. As I said - can take years
Don't get too hopeful, but you can try it 👍🏽
From 2015? 6 years later? Not very believable.
Apart from that, nobody takes into account the academic success of a criminal offense. As a perpetrator, you have to think about that earlier.
when will i get it back?
Nobody knows. If the PC and / or smartphone is a tool, it stays away forever.
There's nothing on them and I'm not even accused, I'm more or less a witness
