Pc screen defective why is it?

I have a neighbor's toshiba laptop with me. At first only a black screen could be seen, but the pc started up, you can hear. Then after a few attempts I had a picture again and it worked normally. Again off and jz I see such funny things on the screen see photos. Why is it what can you do? I also see the pictures on a 2 screen that I connect. That means it can't be on the laptop screen. Guess is on the hard drive.

If you're up to something in that direction, you could try to remove the 5650 (I would like to apologize for my English, I don't know this topic in German) and reball the GPU with a stencil. But in my opinion this is a Hail Mary, which I would give about 5% on success. So if you can hot air solder and you know yourself or a friend with a 3D printer, I would give it a try. Otherwise I would unfortunately sign the death certificate and only save the data.
