I bought an external DVD drive for my laptop. It works when I insert a recorded DVD.
However, when I send data to the drive, nothing arrives there.
Burning is not possible, I then get a message, "There are none
Files available ". I have Windows 10. This should allow a burn to work without additional software. Who can help me with this?
If this is just a simple drive and not a burner, then of course you can't burn a DVD with it, only read data from the DVD.
It is stated that you can burn DVDs with this drive.
It may be that this drive only works with burning software if you want to burn.
