I have Kali linux on my laptop, but I also want win 10.
I have made all the necessary preparations, flashed the image on the USB stick, but if I want to boot from the stick, linux is booted directly.
If you use Kali Linux - a distribution for professional pen testers - you should be able to do it on your own. 😉
You can even use a search engine with the keywords boot order, install Linux next to Windows etc. Use. There are tons of guides out there.
OK thanks.
Sorry, but it upsets me. Every Eumel thinks they have to use Kali Linux. It is absolutely unsuitable for the normal user.
I'm not a eumel. I've also used everything I know about it, researched the internet but didn't come to anything valuable. I can look again.

You have a live stick on USB with Kali Linux. With the live stick, Kali Linux starts as a live version on the computer. Which is also intended by the Kalimachers.
In the live system, KaliLinux could / can also be fully installed on the hard drive. There's a menu item.
But there can be problems if you want Kali on a USB stick and the PC wants a Kali DVD / Cd-ROM, then you can't install Kali.
Have a lot of fun.
