How much FPS do I need on the PC for AOT 2 Final battle?

I gamble on a laptop that is not that good. My friend said I should buy the game, but I don't know if I need a lot of fps for it. My laptop looks e.g. In fortnite without performance mode only 40 fps (3d resolution to 30%)

So personally I always play action games (ego shooter etc) at 144fps. RPGS (The Witcher 3, Fallout etc) I'm trying to get 80-100

So if my laptop only has 30 fps it doesn't matter. Is it then like with gta because my game is also fluid there
