Which laptop costs 700 euro and can play gta 5 smoothly?

I'm looking for a laptop which Gta 5 / online can play fluently, because my laptop is not enough anymore.

So you will hardly find a 700 euro laptop with which you can play GTA V at the highest graphics settings fluently. However (if you go down with the settings) should be 30 - 60 Fps at this possible:
