Visual Studio Registration Doesn't Work?

I did not get an answer to my last question, so I ask again if I want to register my microsoft account in visual studio, it only says afterwards (the JSON-RPC connection to the opposite side was lost before the request could be completed) I have it already reinstalled including a whole laptop because sometimes it spins but it still doesn't work what can you do about it thanks for the answers
