I bought Sims 3 and had a lot of expansions. I have a new PC and when Sims 3 wants to download my origin account, not all expansions are there. I've tried a USB stick but somehow I can't get the rest of the extensions to my new laptop. Can you please help me?
If you bought the expansion packs on CD and installed them, they are not on your original account. Then you have to install it again from CD.
They Can't be reinstalled with a USB stick! With a USB stick you can only take over your saves folder to keep your saved games.
However, if you bought and installed the games through Origin, you should see them in your account.
What kind of pc do you have? And does the base game work?
