Bluescreen at startup (Windows 10). What to do?

Have a big problem with Windows since yesterday. The laptop started yesterday at noon and since I used it again for the first time after a week, it first loaded Windows updates and updated the virus database. As far as the laptop has run smoothly and after the updates were loaded I wanted to restart the laptop as always… And from there began the mess.

When booting the laptop came up to the Windows logo and then blue screen. The stop code was "Critical Process Died" and the laptop restarted. Then he went to the repair but there was nothing. I tried a system restore 3 times on advanced options… Did not work. Then I ran via prompt Checkdisk and Scannow (in the end could not run) but also after that no success. In addition, I tried in Safe Mode (F4) startup but also no success. After the Windows logo comes immediately the blue screen.

Meanwhile I'm in the end what my Latin concerns and hope someone can help me here. Tips from Giga and Chip did not help either, so what now?

Sounds then that the update has updated anything that leads to "incompatibilities".

Since WINDOWS 10 sets a "restore point" before each update, you now have to try to restore this point when "up" (F8) for the menu selection.
